How long will it take for my order to ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

I need to change my note, what do I do?

No worries, if you notify us before the order ships we can update the note on your order. Please email us (Contact@YouGoatMail.Com) with your order # and what you'd like the message to say.

I put the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Not a problem, notify us immediately (Contact@YouGoatMail.Com) with the corrected address and order #. If your order has already shipped, contact us right away and we can work out a solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the cost of the product or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately we're unable to schedule specific delivery dates.

Will the receiver know who sent the goat?

No, all orders are sent 100% anonymously. We do not include any billing or price information with the physical package. If this shouldn't be kept secret, you can include your name or any other message on the hand-written note. In the event a gift is perceived as harassment, we may reveal the sender's name to the recipient.
